How do I know what times to book?

Choose any time between business hours (8am-430pm) and we will be in touch within 1 hour about your booking information.

What if my scheduled cleaner is away from work?

If your cleaner is away we can organize another cleaner to cover their job. Alternatively you can advise whats best for you and we will fulfill that.

Can I be assured of the same level of service?

With Kiwi Clean Home we care about relationships and will send the same cleaner to your house for scheduled maintenance. If there is a clash or a cleaner is not available we will let you know and arrange with you an alternative.

I have pets.

You will need to let us know about any pets that we may encounter when we are out in Auckland. If you do have a pet we can make arrangements based off the cleaners knowledge and security around animals.

Do I need to move furniture?

Our cleaners can slightly move certain furniture pieces so they can ensure they get your home as clean as possible. If you feel as though furniture is too valuable to move please let us know and we can accommodate your wishes.

What will happen to my keys?

Upon arrangement we will contact you about the logistics of your clean. Here at Kiwi Clean Home we care about security and make sure we know where the keys are at all times.
